Editorial Policy
How articles are written
Articles are researched from the official sources, carrier notices and news reports linked in each article, and are drafted with the help of AI writing tools. Every article is checked against its cited sources and reviewed by our Operations Head for accuracy and practical relevance before it is published. We do not publish statistics, quotes or regulations that we cannot link to a source.
Sources and evidence
Articles about customs, trade rules, port activity, rates and schedules should link readers to the relevant official authority, carrier, port operator or primary data source whenever available. We distinguish reported facts from estimates, forecasts, proposals and commentary. Company performance figures or customer outcomes should only be stated when we have records that support the metric, its period and how it was calculated.
Freight rates, carrier schedules, border status and regulatory requirements can change. An article is general information, not a live quote, customs ruling or shipment-specific instruction. Confirm current terms with the carrier, relevant authority or your logistics provider before acting.
Updates and corrections
When a material fact changes, we should update the article and show the date of the substantive update. If you find an error or have a source that changes the interpretation, email info@falcongl.com with the article URL, the statement in question and supporting evidence. We will review correction requests and amend the page when warranted.
Commercial context
Falcon Global Logistics provides freight forwarding and related logistics services. Some informational pages link to the company's services or quote form. This commercial relationship should be clear to readers; a service link does not make a general article a substitute for a tailored quote.
